Asset Managers use our platform for the launch of an Investment Vehicle within a quick time to market and cost efficient environment. We currently operate several platforms to onboard asset managers aiming to enter the Exchange Traded Products industry either through a (i) Fund-Linked Note tracking the performance of their Offshore or exempt-AIF Fund; (ii) an Actively Managed Certificate tracking the performance of an actively managed portfolio at a brokerage account; (iii) a Flat Fee standardised investment vehicle and (iv) furthermore we operate all platforms as (i) retail public offering solution in Europe and (ii) as offering to sophisticated or accredited investors in penty of juristictions. Exchange Traded Instruments can be promoted under the prospectus directive and can be marketed to sophisticated investors as well as to retail investors as a public offering in the EU. Furthermore ETIs can be marketed to qualified investors in Switzerland, Singapore and Hong Kong. Exchange Traded Products are the segment of the financial services industry with the highest growth rated, but high costs and above a year market entry timeline acts a barrier for most asset managers to enter this market.
